The Rev. Bill Ticknor, Rector
The Rev. William H.C. "Bill" Ticknor came to St. James' Parish as its 32nd rector in 1973. A graduate of Towson University and Philadelphia Divinity School, Bill served Epiphany Church, Timonium as its Assistant Rector before coming to St. James.'

The Rev. Amanda Knouse, Assistant Rector
Amanda Knouse was ordained a priest on February 21st, 2009 and has been assistant rector at St. James' Parish since June of 2008. Prior to graduating from Virginia Theological Seminary in 2008, Amanda resided in Central Pennsylvania where she was heavily involved in the diocesan youth commission and the young adult commission. Amanda graduated from Juniata College in 2004 with a degree in Liberal Studies and Human Spirituality. Amanda and her husband, John moved to Maryland in May 2008. Their interests include camping, playing guitar, all sports, and spending time with family and friends.
The Rev. Bob McCoy, Deacon
Our deacon, Bob McCoy, has been serving our parish since the Summer of 2007, shortly after his ordination. He has lived in the Eastport section of Annapolis since 2001. Prior to that, he lived in the Washington, D. C. area all his life. Bob and his wife, Jean, have four grown daughters, six grandchildren, a standard poodle and a mutt.

Office Hours
The Parish Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.; Clergy are often in the office after 2:30, but their time varies. Dates on which the office is closed are marked on the Parish calendar.
